About the Role
**Job Title: Production Associate - 3rd Shift**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Production Associate on the 3rd shift, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating machinery that produces materials for solar panel adhesives, contributing to our growing industry.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load material into the machine via a hopper at the front.
+ Monitor the machine as it converts material into sheets and feeds them through to a roller at the back.
+ Inspect the machine for quality defects and ensure product standards are met.
+ Unload finished rolls and place them on pallets to prepare for the next production cycle.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably with machine operation.
+ Ability to consistently lift 20-30 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
