Role Overview
The Manufacturing Assistant Manager supports the planning, coordination, and supervision of production operations within the assigned area. The role ensures production targets are met efficiently while maintaining product quality, safety, and compliance with good manufacturing practices. This position also drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in plant operations within the food manufacturing industry
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing plant operations.
Basic knowledge or practical experience in food processing technology
Experience in conducting production-related training, seminars, and orientation programs
