About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the production and store to ensure smooth daily manufacturing and inventory operations.
- Prepare, update, and maintain production and inventory-related documents, records, and reports, including job orders, work orders, delivery notes, and stock records.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring proper documentation, labeling, and timely delivery arrangements.
- Monitor and update inventory records for raw materials, consumables, tools, spare parts, and finished goods, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
- Handle customer and internal job orders, verify documentation, and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely availability of materials aligned with production schedules.
