Product Trainer

Responsible for delivering high quality training solutions within own pre-defined area to both internal and external audiences using different delivery methods (e.g. classrooms, OJT, coaching) at Sidel, at the customer site or via remote learning.

Your Mission

• Main Responsibilities
• Deliver product technical training sessions in line with the internal and external customer requirements
• Monitor and ensure continuous improvement of the training sessions' quality
• Support the design of Technical Training documentation accordingly to Customer and internal employees' training demand
• Support the creation and design of training modules to support FSE Training Path
• Support the creation and design of Competence Audits content and related questionnaires
• Support with the configuration and update of machineries included in Training Lab (where applicable)
