Job Summary: 

The Product Specialist 5 (AI Chatbot Developer) role requires an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to develop intelligent chatbot solutions using Microsoft Bot Framework and Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI). This includes developing traditional and generative AI solutions, building conversational interfaces, integrating with NLP, connecting chatbot systems to other software applications, and supporting/modernizing SharePoint applications. The goal is to create innovative AI and M365 applications that improve customer experience and worker efficiency. Location:Ohio, United States Responsibilities:


- Developing and maintaining Microsoft and Google AI applications, including Conversational Agents and Generative AI solutions.
