About the Role

  Product Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist - Kenya 
 As a Product QA, your primary mission is to ensure that all new product releases meet the intended level of quality. This involves defining clear and concise test cases, automating test cases using an automated testing framework, and verifying that platform documentation and trainings are up to date.
  Key Responsibilities: 
 Define and Run Test Plans
 Gather requirements for functionalities to be tested.
 Document test cases.
 Define testing plans for releases.
 Execute acceptance test plans for every release.
 Assist in choosing and implementing a Test Management system.
 Automate Test Cases
 Expand and consolidate the pool of automated acceptance tests.
 Documentation Review and Update
 Review platform documentation.
 Create Knowledge base articles based on new features of the platform.
