• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Product Owners; oversee team operations.
• Define and own team processes (in concert with other divisional PO leaders), including Product Owner workflows and cross-functional collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Maintain and improve team acumen by planning and implementing partnerships, mentoring, and formal training programs.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and resource needs based on a deep understanding of team functions.
