You are the tactical heart of the product lifecycle, translating high-level strategy into actionable development reality. This role exists to maximize the value of GoTeam’s internal SaaS platforms—owning the backlog, steering the sprint, and ensuring that our AI-enabled tools are built with precision, speed, and user-centricity.
Day to day, you act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team. You operate with a disciplined, execution-focused mindset that eliminates firefighting through proactive planning and rigorous Agile methodology.
