Product Owner – Agentic AI Practice

This role is a pivotal position within our cutting-edge Agentic AI practice, sitting at the intersection of Generative AI, software engineering, and employee enablement. As the Product Owner, you will define the future of human-AI collaboration at Rituals. 

You will hold the keys to our Agentic AI Platform, the foundational infrastructure that powers our intelligent agents. Concurrently, you will drive the product strategy for two of our most transformative initiatives, an intelligent assistant empowering our retail staff globally, and an AI-driven coach dedicated to the development and career trajectory of our employees.
