About the Role

  What you will be doing :  Work closely with internal stakeholders to digest and understand the use cases and paint points in order to consolidate the product needs.


Help to conduct the competitors research, users survey and interviews to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators.


Assist Product Marketing Manager to define, plan and execute the Go To Market strategies that drive merchant adoption and continued merchant success.


Work collaboratively with the sales, merchant success and marketing team to execute campaigns or projects in order to achieve the GTM goals.


Prepare promotion materials and draft the contents to execute the GTM strategy E.g.


Landing page, blog, messages for internal and external usage.


Prepare educational materials on product features for internal and external parties to facilitate the product introductions and migrations.
