What you will be doing

You will lead the evolution of the Jobox platform, which powers placements, bursary management, and talent discovery for thousands of young South Africans. Your role combines strategic direction with hands‑on delivery. You will define what we build, why it matters, and ensure that every release moves us closer to our mission of creating meaningful youth employment at scale. You will work closely with the CEO and fractional CTO to translate Jobox’s business objectives into a clear product roadmap, then guide our developers to bring it to life. This includes shaping features from research and prioritisation through to release and iteration, while ensuring the platform remains intuitive, scalable, and valuable for students, employers, and funders.
