About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand forecasts.
- Monitor and control production processes to meet output targets.
- Adjust schedules and priorities to accommodate raw material availability and equipment constraints.
- Ensure efficient use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies (e.g., 5S, Lean Manufacturing).
Quality Control
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Department to maintain feed quality and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations such as Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) and FDA feed manufacturing standards.
Personnel Management
- Supervise and train mill operators, technicians, and other production staff.
