About the Role
MAIN PURPOSE
OF THE JOB:
Successfully execute and implement strategic product plans for Health, Employee Benefits and EC as approved by the Local Product Management Committee (LPMC) within the agreed timelines
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Implement Product Develop Workstream
·Initiate researches that will uncover Health and Employee Benefits corporate level and employee level customers’ needs and wants.
·Synthesize market needs and develop competitive analysis
·Conceptualize relevant customer propositions.
·
·Collaborate with Underwriting and Pricing team to finalize design.
·Presents to and coordinates with approving bodies (Local Product Management Committee and AXA Group)
·Coordinate with Underwriting team in preparing the policy contracts and other required documents for filing with the Insurance Commission.
