Product Manager, IAM Insights & Observability

Position Summary

The Product Manager serves as a business and product leader for Thales’ cloud-based Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform and contributes to the overall IAM portfolio strategy. This Product Manager will collaborate closely with other product managers, product owners, product architects, UX designers, and engineering teams to define and deliver shared platform capabilities that ensure the IAM platform can be operated, monitored, and secured at enterprise scale.

He/she will play a key role on the IAM product management team, with responsibility for the Insights & Observability value stream. This value stream offers real-time platform visibility through event frameworks, logs, traces, and AI-driven insights, enabling operations, product, and security teams to detect issues, optimize performance, and respond to identity-related threats.
