About the Role
Job Responsibilities :-
1. Brand Strategy and Management
- Track brand performance
- Track market for competitor activity. Review research data and align to brand need
- Build brand market strategy in conjunction with reporting manager and National marketing Manager
- Plan and conduct market visits to get an on the ground feel of the brand – visibility ; movement market, channels etc
- Design and execute the ground level activities through effect coordination & briefing of event organizers
- Design/launch brand media (ATL/BTL) campaigns with support from media manager and creative agencies-brief concerned parties, manage creative inputs , achieve right media mix and coordinate media campaign launch
- Digital/Social would be an critical element
2. Sales Market Share and Profitability management
- Achieve sales, market share and Profit target for the brand.
