Product Manager Engineer

Overview

As a Product Management Engineer for High-Speed Interconnect Products, you will be the on-site bridge between product strategy and factory execution at Molex’s Guadalajara. In this role, you will translate product and customer needs into manufacturable, scalable solutions—providing clarity across stakeholders, accelerating execution, and supporting product performance from ramp-up through mass production and end-of-life.

What You Will Do

• Act as the “boots on the ground” extension of Product Management, ensuring product strategy can be executed effectively in the plant environment.
• Translate across functions—turning engineering requirements into manufacturing realities and aligning customer deliverables with what the factory can reliably ship.
