Responsibilities
Supplier scouting & qualification Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers and product opportunities (domestic and international) that fit our product, quality, cost, lead‑time and compliance requirements.
Run supplier discovery sprints, organize lab analysis and installation testing to validate technical capability, capacity, and commercial fit. 

Product specification & lifecycle ownership Develop and maintain clear, testable product specifications and acceptance criteria for sourced products. 

Supplier relationship & commercial management Own ongoing supplier relationships: commercial terms, lead times, capacity planning, and price negotiations
Support contract renewals, NDAs, quality agreements, and change‑control processes.
