Product management trainee

Job Description:
We are looking for a Product Management Trainee who is keen to build a career in Product Management within the BFSI/Fin Tech domain. The role involves working across technology, operations, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to support product development, execution, operations, and product promotion. The candidate should be comfortable understanding technical concepts, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and supporting product marketing and go-to-market activities.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Business Support
Assist in defining and documenting product requirements, workflows, and user journeys.
Understand BFSI products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Lending, Wealth Products, and Digital Journeys.
Support execution of the product roadmap and feature roll-outs.
Analyze product usage, operational data, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
