Roles stay unfilled for months, mis-hires are common, bias creeps in, and hiring mistakes become incredibly costly at scale.

We started ama to change that.

We are building an AI agent for talent that helps companies truly understand whom they need and objectively assess who fits — based on skills, likelihood to respond, and context, not stereotypes. Instead of automating broken processes, we rethink hiring from first principles and bring world-class headhunter quality to every hire, at enterprise scale.
