Product Integration Engineer/Process Engineer

Job Description:

1. Product Introduction and Overall Integration (NPI / Transfer)

2. Responsible for the overall integration and advancement of new products from customer design to pilot run and mass production.

3. Serve as the integration contact for customers, frontend, backend, and testing

4. Plan and confirm product roadmap, milestones, and risk plans.

5. Process Integration and Specification Definition (Process Integration)

6. Integrate the full process across Frontend / Bumping / Backend / Testing

7. Issue Analysis and Problem Solving

8. Act as the owner for cross-department issues, leading efforts on: Yield loss, Parametric failures, Reliability failures and Customer complaints

9. Communicate issue conclusions, risk assessments, and improvement plans with customers.

10. Customer Communication and Technical Interface (Customer Interface)
