About the Role
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years in manufacturing leadership, preferably in wire & cable production
- Skilled in production planning, process control & manufacturing systems
- Knowledge in extrusion, stranding, cabling & insulation is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office for reporting & analysis
- On-site work with flexible schedule
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations
- Hit production targets while ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO, and regulatory standards

- Must be willing to work 12 hrs. duty (Including OT)
- Must be residing outside Bulacan, Pamapnga and Manila with free accommodation and food
