Job description
Product Expert will be responsible for,
• To support insurers' teams in sales efforts on call
• Attend pre-scheduled joint customer calls to guide them towards policy purchase
• To ensure product benefits& risks are correctly communicated to the customer
• To answer customer and partner employees' queries on products with proper rebuttals
• To ensure the partners' sales process is adhered to correctly
Product Expert is required to have,
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service representative
• Strong understanding of products (will be judged basis PKT scores)
• Employees may have to appear for an joint interview with our partner insurers
