Product Engineer

Design and develop aerospace fasteners (bolts, nuts, rivets, etc.)

Perform material selection for aerospace applications, considering strength, durability, and weight constraints.

Develop technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD ).

Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, performance, and cost efficiency .

2. Process Engineering & Manufacturing Support

Work with production and manufacturing teams to ensure fasteners are produced efficiently and meet quality standards.

Support the development and optimization of hot forging, machining, heat treatment, and coating processes.

Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations for product-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Assist in the qualification and validation of new products and processes .
