About the Role
- Receive, introduce, and transfer of new machines, resolve engineering related issues during new product testing.
- Product testing, creating DFX, PFMEA, and relevant test tool lists issuance. (For NPI stage).
- Verification and introduction, and management of Engineering Change (EC) management of Engineering Versions, Firmware (FW) and documents.
- Resolve engineering and product quality issues during the production process and make continuous improvements.
- Firmware (FW) burning Master creation and issuance.
- Plan and improvise the production flow, testing process, and testing coverage.
- Assist FAE in analyzing product issues, reducing WIP, and improving product quality.
- Analyze and improve user-end feedback and quality engineering problems.
- Support and assist with vendor technology.
