Job Summary:
Our client in Chicago, IL is looking for a Product Engineer Body. This is a contract position.
What You Will Do:
A Plant Vehicle Team Engineer has several responsibilities associated with analyzing and improving the Quality of the vehicles.
Some tasks include:
Review incoming warranty claims data on a daily basis, review customer and dealership comments, bin claims into proper binning categories, contact dealership/s for parts and repair diagnoses, participate in customer call back to ensure proper understanding of customer inputs in Quality surveys, review returned parts for root cause analysis and develop Interim Containment and Permanent Corrective Actions. Use external warranty and internal data to inform what plant floor investigations are required. Investigate issues on the plant floor as part of identifying root cause, ICA, and PCAs.
