Product Engineer

We are seeking a Product Engineer based in Mexicali, Mexico, to lead and support various technical activities involved in the manufacturing of ICN products. This position requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and close collaboration with global manufacturing and engineering teams. What You’ll Do • Define and optimize manufacturing processes considering testing requirements and collaboration with cross-functional product development teams. • Act as the local factory contact for R&D and NPI Product Engineers during early development stages. • Participate in DFM/A (Design for Manufacturing, Assembly, and Repair) reviews, identifying opportunities for process optimization. • Review development prototypes and generate recommendations during Design for Readiness (DRR) phases. • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports (written and verbal) in English. • Plan and coordinate product launches and pilot runs at production sites. • Introduce and validate new manufacturing proce...
