Product Development Manager

This is an opportunity for an outgoing individual looking to further grow their product and industry knowledge while developing products that further grow New Zealand and Australian civil infrastructure. You will be working closely with a number of manufacturers both within New Zealand and overseas and will need a valid passport and the ability for overnight travel.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the development of new products and enhancements for the product range from concept through to commercialization.
• Define product specifications, performance criteria, target costs, and price points in line with market requirements.
• Work with the Design Engineers to ensure products meet the desired standards and specifications and performance requirements.
• Ensure manufacturing partners meet quality, compliance, ethical, and delivery expectations.
