- Creating prototypes and conducting tests to ensure products meet quality and performance standards
- Understanding consumer needs and preferences to guide product design
- Working with other engineers, designers, and marketing teams to develop the best possible product
- Drafting detailed manufacturing specifications and performing design analyses
- Continuously seeking ways to improve existing products and develop new ones
- Establish a system in order to maintain smooth line operation
- To meet production targets through efficient operations and flow of production activities
Qualifications
- Graduate of Engineering courses (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial)
- With at least 1-2 years experience
