Product Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop new product concepts based on customer requirements, market research, and business objectives.
• Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and early-stage testing.
• Lead technical development of products through design, analysis, validation, and optimization.
• Perform engineering calculations, tolerance stack-ups, material selection, and risk analyses (e.g., FMEA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, QA, supply chain, marketing).
• Prototyping & Testing: Build and evaluate prototypes to assess performance, durability, and user experience; create test plans, analyze test results, and iterate on design improvements.
• Manufacturing Support: Work with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless production scale-up; support design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) initiatives; troubleshoot production issues and provide engineering solutions. <...
