Product Development Engineer (PVT Quality)

Job Description

The EVDD PVT Engineer position is located at Hermosillo Assembly Plant (HSAP) and has responsibility for Electrical/Electronic Hardware/SW quality on the P758 Maverick /CX430 Bronco Sport vehicle lines. At a high level, the EVDD PVT engineer is responsible for leading quality improvements on EVDD owned systems which includes Sync/TCU/ECG modules/IPC/ACM/DSPUSB Ports associated with the Following VFGs:

• V80.- Sync Audio and Cluster
• V84.- In House Module Hardware
• V85.-Connected Vehicle and Services

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and drive interim containment actions (ICA) and permanent corrective actions (PCA) to address customer quality concerns from various sources (i.e., Warranty, Executive Escalations, Social Media Feedback, Technical Hotline and Internal plant Quality issues)
