About the Role
The Opportunity
- End to end responsibility for coordinating the development of change in existing products (reformulations, packaging design changes, text changes for legal requirements, optimizations, etc).
- Coordinate all teams involved in the product change development to ensure availability.
- Reporting to PLM EP Manager
- Consolidate all updates required to reduce complexity
- Organize and participate in multi-functional team meetings (purchasing, packaging, research, suppliers, factories and brands) to identify cost opportunities ideas.
- Organize and lead PLM EP meetings to ensure development of product updates. Lead minutes
- Manage references and BOMs creation
- Develop the project planning of all elements involving in projects and ensure planning with the rest of the teams
