About the Role

RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of prototype PCR test kits following internal new product development protocol and international standards.
Participation in the development, transfer and production establishment of PCR kits designed to identify various DNA targets e.g. food pathogens or GMO events.
Verification of product conformity with product requirement criteria. 
Translation of lab scale processes into standard and scalable manufacturing workflows. Advise possible production improvements and product maintenance in later stages.
Preparation of validation documents in accordance with internal new product development regulations.
Training technical experts and manufacturing / QC technicians on the newly developed and validated manufacturing and QC methods / procedures.
