Key responsibilities:
Collaborate in defining the product design strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business vision and market needs.Design advanced user experiences, ensuring that interaction with our ITS solutions is intuitive, efficient and engaging.Lead user research in transport environments, understanding the needs of operators and passengers to create scalable solutions.Transform business and technical requirements into functional design solutions, considering both usability and technological constraints.Develop and maintain design systems that ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform.
