1. Roles & Responsibilities
Design enterprise software tools for humans to oversee and govern AI / virtual agents (human‑in‑the‑loop systems)
Partner closely with a senior full‑time product designer, product managers, and engineers
Execute detailed design work while the senior designer focuses on system architecture
Translate complex, information‑dense workflows into clear, usable interfaces
Design screens that help humans review AI decisions and provide structured feedback to AI agents
2. Tools & Technical Skills
Must‑Have
Strong product design experience (UI/UX is acceptable in this context)
Figma (design systems, screens, prototypes)
Experience designing enterprise / internal tools rather than only consumer apps
Familiarity with AI concepts, especially virtual agents, prompts, and AI decision workflows
Experience with data‑dense applications and data visualization
