Product Design Engineer

About the role

At Structureworks, we are seeking a talented 3D CAD Drafter to join our Product Development team. As a Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed engineering drawings and designs to support the delivery of our innovative outdoor products. This is a remote full-time permanent role.

What you'll be doing

• Support new product development by translating concepts into accurate, manufacturable 3D CAD models and 2D technical drawings
• Create and maintain complete product documentation packages, including BOMs, component details, and fabrication information
• Ensure drawing accuracy, revision control, and adherence to documentation standards while supporting prototype builds and design updates
• Manage CAD files and documentation using proper file structure, check-in/check-out procedures, and clear communication to keep projects on schedule
