Product Data Management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Data Control

• Maintain and manage product master data including part numbers, BOMs (Bill of Materials), drawings, specifications, and revision histories.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product data in PDM/PLM systems (e.g.: SAP).
• Implement and maintain data classification and naming conventions

2. Change Management

• Coordinate Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and Deviation Notices.
• Track change approvals and ensure timely updates of affected documentation.
• Communicate product changes effectively across departments (engineering, production, purchasing, and quality).

3. Document & Drawing Management

• Control versioning, release, and archiving of technical drawings and documents.
• Ensure proper documentation for product configuration and traceability.
