We are currently seeking a dedicated Product Support Specialist to become an integral part of our regional team. In this role, you will be a vital member of the Product Support team, which serves our restaurant partners across Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.

Our Product Support team is comprised of the unsung champions at Oddle, working tirelessly on a daily basis to guarantee that our users receive the best experience. This is achieved by establishing meaningful connections through various communication channels such as emails, tickets, online chats, and phone calls.
