Product Control Analyst

Overview Looking for a Project Control Analyst to support P&L reporting, analysis and controls within the Equity Derivatives business. This role sits in Product Control and works closely with trading desks to understand and explain daily P&L.

Key Responsibilities

Daily P&L reporting and reconciliation (actual vs. flash vs. predicted)

Analyze and explain P&L drivers and variances

Perform GL reconciliation and balance sheet substantiation

Execute Independent Price Verification (IPV)

Investigate breaks and ensure strong financial controls

Partner with traders, risk and finance teams

Must Haves

Experience in Product Control, Fund Accounting or Capital Markets Finance

Strong knowledge of equity derivatives (options, futures, etc.)

Understanding of full lifecycle accounting & P&L

CFA Level I & II completed

Strong Excel skills
