Are you passionate about understanding how users interact with digital products? We are seeking a specialist to dive deep into user journeys within our e-commerce platform, translating raw online behavior into actionable insights that drive product feature adoption, usage, and conversion.
You will collaborate closely with product, CRO, and UX teams worldwide to ensure we are building the right features and continuously optimizing the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the internal Mixpanel Champion by building, maintaining, and analyzing all product-centric dashboards (e.g., funnel analysis, flow reports) to measure feature success and detect user friction.
