Job Summary

The Producer is responsible for the development and execution of all assigned marquee events and new entertainment development projects. The Producer is responsible for the entire project from concept to operation to deliver the creative design, production, technical, costuming, and operational needs. The scope of responsibilities of the Producer includes budgeting all costs with all teams and getting the budget approved by management level, keeping the project progress on track, and making sure all milestones are met. The Producer works alongside the assigned Show Director to deliver the approved show content. Ensuring compliance with Universal Beijing Policies and Entertainment Creative Development goals/intent and informing/advising Senior Management of Project status and Risk Assessments are also core responsibilities.
