Our client, in the Produce Distribution industry is seeking a Heavy Packer to join their team. As a Heavy Packer, you will be part of the Heavy Production Team supporting the distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have physical stamina, effective communication skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Nanaimo  BC

Pay Range: $19 Per Hour

Shift:  Mon- Fri

What's the Job?

• Repetitively lift and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs
• Organize finished products on pallets and process raw materials using food processing machinery
• Monitor product quality vigilantly to ensure standards are met
• Assist with product changeovers and clean breaks at various workstations
• Support the supervisor in preparing accurate production records
