About the Role
Monitor and control Utilities, Storage, and Loading systems from the DCS panel on a continuous basis.
Maintain all operating parameters within defined operating windows.
Adjust controller set points as required and report deviations to the CCR Supervisor.
Implement daily production instructions and requested parameter changes.
Optimize plant performance and minimize flaring.
Identify system faults, malfunctions, and abnormal situations; coordinate with maintenance teams for corrective actions.
Support field operators to ensure proper coordination between plant activities.
Participate in troubleshooting plant upsets and trips using alarm/event logs, functional analysis, and Safety Logic Diagrams (SLD).
Manage and record safety device inhibitions; ensure safe reinstatement and proper risk assessment.
