Procurement Supervisor

Job Description:

• Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and negotiation to ensure the best value in terms of quality, cost, reliability, and delivery.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives, production requirements, and inventory targets.
• Review, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts, SLAs, and terms to ensure favorable pricing and compliance.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance through regular scorecards, audits, and reviews.
• Oversee and ensure the timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, services, and equipment in line with budget and forecast needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records, supplier databases, and pricing histories.
• Provide leadership, training, and direction to the purchasing department; conduct performance evaluations and support career development.
