Procurement Staff

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
• With at least 2 years of work experience in Purchasing/Procurement.
• Experience in analyzing and improving current operations.
• Proactive ownership and agile communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in using Pivot, Vlookup, and basic formulas in Excel.

Job Descriptions:

The candidate to be chosen will be handling the following tasks:

• Calculate required PO amounts based on around 1-year demand and inventory forecast, and issue POs promptly.
• Determine the required delivery date considering production and logistics schedule, and negotiate the delivery due date accurately with suppliers.
• Handle short lead-time POs from customers by explaining production risks and air shipment needs.
• Understand current operations thoroughly and drive process improvements.
