The Sr. Procurement Specialist Latam will lead a group of commodities merged by products, consumers, and services provider in which will seek for the best Total Cost Analysis in the bottom-line guarantee to the company the best price and service analysis. Internal reference for coaching, designing, modeling, and implementing new or modified process to guarantee the best savings for the company. In this role, you will… Process and analyze RFI, RFP, RFQ and economics matrix to determine price of goods, work, and services. Prepare and issue supplier (contractor, vendor) prequalification invitations by different system and methods in alignment with client areas. Manage “purchase to pay” (P2P) process. Monitor suppliers and customers, collecting and analyzing requests received from customers, building a management process for each category under the responsibility of the specialist.
