AHEAD is seeking a detail-oriented IT Procurement Specialist. This role requires a solid understanding of the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process and strong coordination skills to manage orders, vendor interactions, and billing workflows effectively.Place all orders in Services Procurement Queue report Place all Microsoft CSP orders Follow up on order confirmations for software and hardware necessary for services engagements Respond to chatters/emails in a timely manner Verify appropriate terms and conditions on signed customer documents Confirm vendor and customer billing schedules Verify work at risk exceptions Work with managed services contracts team on amendments Work with PMO and customer success teams on change orders Other duties as necessary Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT procurement.
