Procurement Specialist - 12-Month Contract.

We have an exciting opportunity within our Procurement team. We are currently seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our Sydney team on a 12-month contract.

The purpose of this role is to provide operational support to the procurement function, ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely purchasing across the organisation.

 Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the approval flow for Procurement tickets through the intake system and providing updates to internal stakeholders
• Assisting in vendor onboarding, offboarding and ongoing management in systems
• Handling exceptions to invoice matching, and liaising with Finance/AP teams
