Procurement Operations Analyst

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sourcing Operations, the Procurement Operations Analyst will dive deep into spend data to uncover insights and opportunities, strengthen the use of data for planning and decision making, manage key procurement systems, and deliver process improvements. The role bridges data and action to support smarter decisions and streamline processes with enterprise-wide impact.

Location & Work Arrangement

Hybrid in Toronto, ON (3‑5 days per week in the office)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports to leadership to communicate procurement trends, risks and opportunities.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to spend owners.
• Analyze technology costs and perform benchmarking to assess business value, including identifying performance metrics for actionable business intelligence.
