About the Role
Description
- Responsible for sourcing, canvassing, and purchasing materials, supplies, and equipment
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, delivery schedules, and terms
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor order status
- Ensure timely delivery of materials based on company needs
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Coordinate with engineering and other departments for material specifications
- Monitoring of stocks and maintaining inventory.
REQUIREMENTS
- College Graduate
- Board exam is NOT required
- With basic knowledge of electrical materials and equipment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to learn and be trained
- Driving skills is a plus
