Qualifications
- Graduate of any related course is an advantage
- With experience in purchasing/procurement (construction experience is an advantage)
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic documentation
Responsibilities
- Source and purchase materials, supplies, and services based on approved requests
- Compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost efficiency
- Coordinate with site engineers, warehouse, and accounting
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules
- Maintain supplier records and purchasing documentation
